Order Processing
At Lumery, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Estimated delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days for domestic orders. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, Lumery will provide a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment. If you experience issues with tracking or delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first, as they can provide the most up-to-date information.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages
While Lumery partners with reliable carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to find the best possible solution.
